The company operates in a dynamic environment with meaningful operational complexity, requiring someone who can balance technical accounting expertise with team leadership and process improvement. This individual will oversee financial reporting, general ledger, cost accounting, audit support, tax compliance, and month-end close, while driving stronger internal controls and system enhancements. The role offers visibility to leadership and the opportunity to elevate processes within a growing platform.Title: Assistant ControllerCompensation: Up to $179K Base + BenefitsLocation: 4x/week Onsite in the Hawthorne/El Segundo areaMust-Have Qualifications:5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experienceStrong U.S. GAAP knowledgeExperience owning/leading month-end close and financial reportingAudit support experience (PBC preparation)State and local tax compliance exposureAdvanced Excel proficiencyERP experience (AS400 strongly preferred)Cost accounting experience strongly preferred.US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
