This role offers a strong entry point into a professional environment with long-term growth potential.Job Description:This position supports daily office operations, facilities coordination, and administrative needs. The role is contract-to-hire, providing an opportunity to transition into a permanent position after approximately 12–18 months. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, fully on-site.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main liaison for vendors, building management, and office services.Assist with office upkeep, maintenance requests, and workspace organization.Manage ordering and inventory of office and kitchen supplies.Coordinate meeting room setup and assist with company events and catering.Welcome visitors, manage guest access, and issue temporary badges.Provide administrative support including scheduling and communications.Assist with expense tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing.Support technology-related administrative tasks and special projects.Provide backup support for the front desk as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience in facilities, office operations, retail leadership, or similar environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset.Perks:Opportunity to join a global organization and grow your career.Collaborative, professional office environment.Exposure to multiple teams and networking opportunities.
