A Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics requires the abilities and expertise of a Process Engineer, and the technical, leadership, and communication skills of an Engineering Project Manager. The Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics requires domain expertise to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical point of contact in customer and internal communications. From a technical perspective, they have responsibility for the overall treatment solution including strategizing on the creation of that solution (safety factors, flow fluctuations, assumptions), identifying and managing the impacts that any given unit process will have on upstream/downstream unit processes as well as process risks, and owning the overall process flowdiagram, accompanying flow and quality balance, and overall process guarantees. From a leadership perspective, they proactively communicate across the team of Process Engineers, manage the process deliverables (schedules, assignments), and represent Process Engineering in review meetings at thebidding and engineering stages. If process issues arise, they lead the troubleshooting effort andresolution. As the focal point of the Process Team for projects, the Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics functions as a dual-path expert.
