Your ContributionFunctional ResponsibilitiesLead business requirement gathering sessions for SAP Benefits processes including eligibility, enrollment, plan configuration, and life event processingDesign and configure SAP Benefits (BN) modules:Benefit plans, coverage options, and eligibility rulesEnrollment processes and evidence of insurabilityEmployer/employee contributions and deductionsEnsure seamless integration of benefits with SAP Payroll (PY), including wage type mapping and deduction processingSupport benefits-related compliance activities, audits, and regulatory updatesTechnical ResponsibilitiesPerform SAP configuration and troubleshooting across Benefits and Payroll integration pointsManage inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party vendors (e.g., insurance providers, payroll systems) using IDocs/APIs/files/CPI Analyze and resolve complex issues related to:Benefits deductionsEnrollment discrepanciesPayroll integration failuresSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and application of support packsMaintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesStakeholder & GovernanceAct as liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teamsTranslate business requirements into technical design and system solutionsProvide user training, documentation, and operational guidanceRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Benefits (Health & Retirement), configuration on US and Canadian defined contribution and benefit plans.Solid understanding of SAP Payroll (PY & Tax) integration and downstream impactsKnowledge of HR master data (infotypes) and benefits-related data structure.Preferred QualificationsIndepth knowledge of SAP Payroll & Tax processing for North America in SAP.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Payroll integrationCertification in SAP HCM / SuccessFactorsYour ExpertiseCustomer-Centric – Focus efforts to ensure internal and external customers thrive Communication and Persuasion – Possess solid communication and persuasion skills essential to success in this position.
