Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting tailored LED lighting solutions. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on industry trends to address customer requirements effectively. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience in business development, generating leads, and closing salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clientsProficiency in understanding technical products and explaining their benefits to customersAbility to analyze client needs and provide tailored lighting solutionsExperience in energy-efficient or commercial lighting sales is preferredSelf-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
