This position combines product knowledge, sales expertise, and customer service skills to help attendees find the right sleep solutions while representing the brand with professionalism. The role also involves supporting event logistics to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after each show.Approximately 75% travel is expected for this position. Candidates must reside within the mainland United States and within 60–90 minutes of a major U.S. airport.Essential ResponsibilitiesAdheres to conference planning schedule, policies, and guidelinesAssist with the event set-up and tear-downAttend related conference calls with managementMinimizes shrink through inventory management practicesEmbraces and encourages turnovers to and from other partners working the eventOffers motivational support to other partners attending the sales eventParticipates in training classes to stay abreast on product and company programsMaintains confidentiality of informationRepresents the company in a professional mannerCompletes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior ManagementUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesDemonstrates individual sales excellence on all product categoriesRepresents at least thirty (30) percent of total volume of event salesMeets minimal margin and ticket goal established by managementIncorporates corporate directed selling strategy for designated products/services into selling behaviorMaximizes sales opportunities based on key performance indicatorsComplete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due dateEnsure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for allCommunicate professionally with all internal and external contactsFollow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representationCommunicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operationsProactively engage with attendees in high-traffic, dynamic environments.Represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times.Non-Essential ResponsibilitiesExecute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisorUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesContribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the CompanyParticipate in additional company initiatives or special projects as assigned.EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredProfessional Experience1+ Years Retail Experience required And3+ Years Direct Sales Experience requiredSkills ListAdapts to new situations, changes, and shifts strategies to meet different types of challengesEncourages differences of opinion and takes steps to prevent counter- productive confrontations.
