Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This contract position runs from mid-August 2026 through late May 2027 and is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering communication skills and supporting students' academic and social growth.Key Qualifications:Current and valid SLP license requiredASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredPrevious school-based experience working with K-12 students is highly desirableExpertise in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech-language disordersStrong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and familiesOrganizational abilities to manage caseload and maintain compliance with IEP processesWhat You'll Do:Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to assigned K–12 students onsiteConduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and write related reportsDevelop, implement, and track Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and progressCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetingsCommunicate student progress with families and educators while providing strategies for classroom carryoverMaintain detailed records in line with district and legal guidelinesBenefits and Perks:Full-time schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (32 hours per week)Work onsite only, fostering strong professional relationships within the school communityOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across all grade levelsBring your expertise, compassion, and dedication to a vibrant school environment.
