Hotel General Manager
Hallmark Inns & Resorts is hiring a General Manager in beautiful Newport, Oregon.
Located in the heart of the Oregon Coast, the Allred is a newly renovated 102-room hotel offering a relaxed, upscale experience with stunning ocean views and a thoughtful design throughout. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative and deeply connected to their team.
At the center of the guest experience, is the Allred Bites + Bar – a vibrant lobby and mezzanine space that serves as both the hotel’s gathering place and distinctive dining destination. Guests enjoy exceptional service, considered amenities and a truly unforgettable stay.
We are seeking a hands-on hospitality leader with experience across hotel and food & beverage operations who leads day-to-day operations and works closely with senior leadership. This role is best suited for someone who values coaching, continual learning and collaboration and enjoys being part of a connected leadership team.

Responsibilities:
Create remarkable experiences with your colleagues and guests
Support and oversee daily operations of the hotel and food & beverage outlets
Lead, coach and develop department managers and supervisors
Foster a positive, team-focused culture grounded in collaboration and accountability
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and operational planning
Partner with corporate leadership, vendors and community partners
Support marketing, sales and operational initiatives
Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees
Qualifications:
Hospitality management experience across hotel and food & beverage operations
Strong coaching and people-development skills
Food & Beverage experience required
Comfortable working within a collaborative leadership structure
Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); experience with WebRezPro and Toast preferred
A growth mindset and openness to learning, feedback and shared leadership
