The position will require an individual to manage a large portfolio of assigned accounts and will be expected to meet specific monthly targets in response to company goals. This position will report to the Credit and Collections Supervisor.What You’ll DoOutline the job’s day to day responsibilities, the level of complexity, and the actions the job holder must complete to succeed at the job.Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritization of daily collection activities as directed by SupervisorAbility to research various sources to identify proper customer contact in securing payment information and reviewing historical dataContact customers to collect outstanding payments while adhering to company valuesDocument collections efforts with clear and concise notes in the company ERP systemReport on collection activityEscalate collectability issues/roadblocks related to delinquent accounts to SupervisorAbility to communicate and work cross-functionally with team members inside and outside the Order to Cash functionWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of business-to-business collections experienceProficient with emailCustomer service mindsetStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with laws related to debt collectionKnowledge of billing procedures and collection techniquesNice To HaveAssociate degree or related college courses helpfulSalesforce.com, NetSuite and/or large CRM/ERP experience a mustYaypay a plusBetter TogetherDiversity.
