Seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join a growing legal team. Training will be provided to the right candidate. The ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop experience in workers’ compensation matters.Responsibilities• Assist with managing workers’ compensation cases• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence• Conduct legal research and case analysis• Communicate with clients regarding case updates• Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, and settlements• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are metQualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school• Active Bar license in good standing• 0–2 years of legal experience preferred• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
