You will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating structural components, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications within a supportive work environment.**Job Duties:*** Perform structural welding using SMAW, MIG, and Flux-Core* Weld and assemble components such as beams, frames, brackets, and platforms* Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols* Set up and operate welding equipment properly* Inspect welds for quality, and structural integrity* Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements**Must Have / Qualifications:*** Proven structural welding experience REQUIRED* Experience with SMAW, MIG, and Flux-Core* Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols* Must speak, read, and understand English* Ability to pass welding test**Work Environment & Physical Requirements:*** Industrial shop environment* Stand for 1012 hour shifts* Climb ladders and work around heavy equipment**Dress Code Requirements:*** Hard Hat* Safety Glasses* Steel-Toed Boots* Welding Hood**Disqualify If:*** No structural welding experience* No experience with SMAW, MIG, or Flux-Core* Cannot read or interpret blueprints* Unable to stand for long hours (1012 hrs)*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
