Performed structural welding during overnight shifts in a high-production industrial facility. Read and interpreted blueprints to fabricate and assemble steel components, ensuring all welds met quality and safety standards. Worked efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining precision, structural integrity, and compliance with established welding procedures. Overnight Structural Welder Qualifications: Previous structural welding experience required (MIG, Flux Core, or Stick preferred) Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements Must pass a weld test (structural plate test) Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and lift heavy materials Must pass background check and drug screening for onboarding Applicant may be subject to a background check.
