Assembly at Building Supply Company

This is a temp to hire opportunity with a building supply company in Green Bay! We have two shifts available:Monday through Friday 6AM to 2:30PM - $19 per hourMonday through Thursday 3pm to 1:30AM - $20 per hourJob Description:To assemble components for commercial and residential construction, according to established guidelines. Maintain company quality standards.Duties included:Follow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms.Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products.Keep a clean and well-maintained work area.Recognize parts and materials used in production.Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be -10 one day and 70 the next day.Inspect finished products for flaws and defects.Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required.Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.Requirements:Must be able to perform the job successfully and perform each essential duty as necessary.High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
