In this hands-on position, you'll help build high-quality cabinetry by assembling products with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Working alongside a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll contribute to creating finished products that reflect the craftsmanship and quality Valley Cabinet is known for.Essential functions:Assembly & productionPerform assembly tasks using hand tools, equipment, and standard processes.Follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications.Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.Quality & accuracyInspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.Identify and communicate issues as needed.Workflow & efficiencySupport production schedules and maintain consistent output.Contribute to efficient workflow and team productivity.Safety & organizationFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.Team collaborationWork collaboratively with team members and leadership.Support team goals and overall production success.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills and abilities:Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required.Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work in a team environment.Education and experience:Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.Leadership responsibilities: This role does not have direct reportsWork environment: Manufacturing / production environment shop-floor exposure, physical activity, PPE required, safety-sensitive.Physical requirements: Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following:Sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms.Stand for extended periods of time.Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds.Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity.Exposure to high noise levels and requires wearing hearing protection in designated areas.Exposure to plant environment to include moving parts, fumes, dust.
