Part-Time Program Coordinator ContractAbout repro46repro46 is a nonprofit organization in Oklahoma that believes our state is stronger when each of us is free to make important life decisions that are best for us, our families, and our circumstances - without interference from politicians. repro46 brings together Oklahomans from across the political spectrum to engage in respectful, compassionate conversations about reproductive health and abortion in our state.Position OverviewThis position reports to the repro46 Chief Administrative Officer.repro46 is seeking an Open House, Open Minds Program Coordinator to steward, coordinate, and scale OHOM conversations across Oklahoma. This role is central to building the infrastructure that allows OHOM to grow beyond an early-stage pilot into a repeatable, community-embedded program.Depending on funding, the role may be responsible for managing a team of hourly community organizers across one or more target counties: Tulsa, Oklahoma, Comanche, Cleveland, Pontotoc, Cherokee, Payne, Canadian. The Program Coordinator will work closely with and lead the community organizing team, ensuring conversations are consistently scheduled, well-supported, and aligned with the OHOM model.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen House, Open Minds InfrastructurePlan, organize, manage, and facilitate 8 OHOM conversations per month.Coordinate logistics for OHOMs held in neutral or semi-public locations (e.g., repro46 office, coffee shops, bookstores) to reduce hosting barrierAssist in identifying partners across the state for facilitating OHOM conversationsHost Concierge Serve as repro46’s Host Concierge, providing hands-on, relational support to new and prospective hostsConduct 1:1 support with hosts to:Brainstorm and curate guest listsShare sample invitation languageHelp hosts decide how to structure their first conversationMake hosting feel approachable, supported, and finite — not overwhelmingFacilitator Training & Pipeline SupportCoordinate facilitator trainingsOrganize and manage practice OHOM conversations so facilitators can observe and build confidence before leading in-person conversationsSupport facilitators with scheduling, preparation, and communicationData Collection & ReportingInput data after every OHOM conversationEnsure there is follow-up with every participant after the OHOMProvide quarterly progress reportsQualifications & SkillsStrong organizational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple timelinesHighly relational and people-centered; enjoys supporting others one-on-oneExperience in community organizing, nonprofit programs, or volunteer management (preferred but not required)Comfortable providing structure and self-accountabilityAlignment with repro46’s mission, values, and approach to compassionate dialogueTime Commitment & CompensationThis is a part-time, contract role. The initial contract will be for six months (up to $13,750 = $26.44 per hour)Up to 20 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability required due to conversation schedulingMust have reliable transportationPotential to transition into a full-time employee role based on fit, performance, and organizational needsMust regularly travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma City and other target countiesMust be located in Oklahoma
