Position Overview: Start Date: December 1, 2024 Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM ??? 3:00 PM Call/Weekend Requirements: None Rate: all-inclusive (includes malpractice and travel if applicable) Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30-60 days (temporary privileges available) Facility and Practice Highlights: Practice Setting: Outpatient surgical center Case Load: Surgical Cases: 7-20 cases per day (varied by type) Pain Management Cases: 0-10 per day Patient Demographics: Pediatric to geriatric (excluding neonates) Team Structure: Includes CRNAs, supervising MDAs, surgeons, RNs, scrub techs, and occasionally residents or first assists Facilities: Two locations with a total of eight operating rooms Required Skills and Experience: Board-certified CRNA (mandatory) Active Michigan license ACLS and BLS certifications Clean background Experience in the following procedures preferred: General and IV sedation for plastics General surgery Robotic surgery ENT Orthopedics Podiatry Additional Information: Local providers are highly preferred, though travel providers will be considered if costs fit the rate cap. Providers must adhere to a conversion fee cap based on total hours worked.
