Position highlights: No degree requiredEntry-level applicants welcomeTraining providedCommission-based incomeSales-minded, and open to connecting via phone and emailPassion for people and developing sales relationships Job Summary: The Sales Development Agent (SDA) is responsible for building early-stage pipeline through outbound prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and other engagement strategies.The SDA will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to research target accounts, support outreach campaigns, gather market insights, and help initiate early-stage sales conversations. This role is designed to support both pipeline development and early-stage deal creation, working closely with Account Executives and marketing to identify and engage new opportunities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Research and identify target accounts, key contacts, and industry opportunities using LinkedIn, prospecting tools, and other online resourcesConduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels to initiate conversations with decision-makersMaintain consistent prospecting activity while building relationships with potential customersEngage with prospects to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities for the sales teamSchedule discovery meetings for Account Executives when appropriate and support smooth handoffs for continued conversationsPrepare prospect and account briefs to support Account Executives in discovery and early-stage deal developmentSupport outbound campaigns tied to product launches, promotional initiatives, or other strategic effortsAssist with event and conference preparation by building outreach lists, pre-booking meetings for sales representatives, and conducting post-event follow-up campaignsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, call scripts, and email templates based on prospect responses and engagement dataGather and share insights from prospect conversations to inform sales messaging, campaign strategy, and market positioningTrack outreach activity, prospect engagement, and lead status within the CRM Additional Responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned Critical Competencies Collaboration & Teamwork Builds strong working relationships with the sales and marketing teams and contributes to shared revenue goals.
