About the OpportunityWe are a leading AI Systems Partner that helps local and service-based businesses (HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Med Spas, etc.) implement practical AI infrastructure. We design and deploy AI-powered voice agents, SMS automation, and intelligent workflows that help businesses scale without increasing payroll.We are looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Pakistan to join our growth team. Unlike other commission roles, we provide the infrastructure for your success. We supply the leads, the dialer, and the tech stack; you provide the energy and the closing skills.The RoleThis is a pure hunter role. We aren’t looking for desk warmers; we are looking for someone who knows how to pick up the phone, handle US prospects, and turn a cold lead into a booked meeting.We don't care if you work at 3 AM or 3 PM. We don't care how many hours you log. We only care about one thing: meetings booked and attended. You have total control over your schedule.What You’ll Be DoingCold Calling: Dialing through provided lists to get decision-makers on the phone.Handling Objections: You know how it goes—"not interested," "send me an email," or "call me later." You know how to push past that and get the appointment.Booking Meetings: Setting up high-quality meetings for the closing team.Reporting: Keeping your numbers clean and your dialer updated.What’s In It For You?You have full access to our dialer, training, and fresh leads. Your pay is entirely performance-based, so you decide how much you make:2 Meeting Showups: 10,000 PKR base unlock4 Meeting Showups: 15,000 PKR base unlock7 Meeting Showups: 30,000 PKR base unlockPer Deal Closed: 70,000 PKR commissionNote: If you prove your consistency over the first 4 months, we are looking to move high-performers into a permanent, fixed-salary position.RequirementsUS Sales Experience: You must have at least 6 months of experience in the US telesales industry. If you haven't done cold calling in the US market, this isn't for you.Communication: Your English needs to be sharp. You need to sound professional and be able to think on your feet.Grit: You know that sales is a numbers game. You don't get discouraged by a "no," and you are obsessed with hitting targets.
