Job Summary: Lash Pilot is seeking a talented and passionate Lash Extension Specialist to join our growing team in North Carolina. We’re a premium lash and brow studio dedicated to providing luxury services in a supportive, professional, and trend-forward environment. Ideal Candidate Profile: You are an experienced lash artist who takes pride in delivering flawless results and exceptional client experiences. You’re committed to growing your craft, staying on top of beauty trends, and contributing to a positive studio culture. Professional Experience & Skills: Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in North Carolina (REQUIRED) Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash extension experience (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume) Proficient in Classic and Russian Volume techniques Experience in Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and Tinting (preferred, but trainable) Strong knowledge of isolation, mapping, and retention techniques Confident in educating clients on lash aftercare and lash health Able to upsell services and retail products in an expert-informed, non-pushy way Core Responsibilities: Provide customized lash services tailored to Lash Pilot’s four signature lash styles Perform high-quality lash extension applications with precision and care Maintain a clean, organized workstation between clients Ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for during every appointment Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management Promote Lash Pilot’s service menu and upgrade options Educate clients on aftercare routines and frequency recommendations Encourage referrals through our client loyalty program Recommend exclusive retail products to support at-home lash care Who You Are: Warm, professional, and client-focused A team player who follows studio standards and protocols Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement Active and confident on social media and comfortable being featured in content Passionate about beauty and committed to staying current on trends and techniques Growth Opportunities: Potential to advance into Lead Stylist, Trainer, or Salon Manager roles Access to ongoing education, mentoring, and industry events Be part of a collaborative, creative, and drama-free culture What We Offer: Competitive pay + tips + performance bonuses Flexible scheduling Steady flow of high-end clientele Employee service and product discounts A supportive team with a shared vision for excellence and growth Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
