Develop, test, and optimize cloud flows in Power Automate. Design/configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and views. Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook). Collaborate with BAs, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes. Create Power BI reports/dashboards or support data modeling. Participate in solution packaging, environment deployments, and basic ALM. Write technical documentation, user guides, and configuration notes. Follow development standards, governance, and security guidelines. Communicate project status/risks/technical decisions and contribute to design discussions.Mandatory Qualifications 8+ years experience Hands-on Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) Proficiency with Power Automate (cloud flows, process automations) Working knowledge of Dataverse, data modeling, and table relationships Power Platform integration with M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) Familiarity with Power Fx and basic JavaScript for app logic Ability to build Power BI dashboards/reports (bonus for model design) Understanding of solution packaging, environment usage, basic ALM Experience consuming REST APIs and working with connectors Strong stakeholder communication; able to work independently and in teams Comfortable in iterative/agile environments 4-year degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications JavaScript, HTML, CSS Modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and Node.js Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) or desire to learn advanced extensibility Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker (PL-100) or Developer Associate (PL-400)
