Executive Assistant to CEO
Brief DescriptionThe duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include assisting the CEO/President in the day-to-day operation of the facility, managing the office and supervising the office staff in the effective and efficient manner; performing general accounting functions as outlined in established policies and procedures of Methodist Senior Services and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.RequirementsPreferred QualificationsTwo years of college/business school or office managerial experience preferred; Windows, MicroSoft Word and Exel experience preferred.Minimum QualificationsMust meet minimum age requirements of the State of Mississippi; must have accounts payable and accounts receivable experience; must be computer literate with experience in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry; good knowledge of the English language; experience operating office machines such as: calculator, copy machine, multi-line telephones, fax, etc.Reasonable accommodation which does not create undue hardship will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
