Civil Project Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join a collaborative and growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of land development projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.If you enjoy owning projects from concept to completion, building client relationships, and helping shape the growth of a team — this role offers plenty of room to make an impact.🚀 What You’ll Be DoingLead the design and permitting of residential, commercial, institutional, warehouse, and mixed-use developments for both public and private clientsPartner with leadership to help drive team growth, project success, and staff utilizationPlay an active role in business development — building new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with existing onesOversee all aspects of site/civil design, including:Site layoutGradingDrainageInfrastructureErosion & sediment controlManage projects from early concept through final constructionLead stormwater management design, including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparationCollaborate across disciplines, integrating geotechnical and environmental considerations into project designsJump in where needed — this is a team-oriented role with a lot of variety🧠 What You BringBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering6-7 years of site/civil experience, especially in land development (both small and large projects)Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferredStrong experience with: Site design and layout / Grading and drainage / Infrastructure design / Erosion and sediment controlConfidence in managing client relationships and project deliveryFamiliarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3DExperience with technical writing and proposalsStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyActive involvement in professional organizations is a plus
