The Behavioral Health Technician will assist in implementing evidence-based behavioral intervention plans, working one-on-one with children to support skill development and promote independence. Additional responsibilities include gathering and documenting data on patient progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and communicating effectively with supervisors and families to ensure continuity of care. The role may also involve participating in training and professional development activities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Behavior Analysis, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Skills in Behavioral Intervention and understanding principles of PsychologyEffective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and familiesAbility to observe, collect, and document data accuratelyPatience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children’s growth and independencePrevious experience in a related field such as education, social work, or mental health is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferredWillingness to complete required training and certification (e.g., RBT certification) as neededAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
