Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the clients we serve!Responsibilities may include:Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs. Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan. Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services. Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients. Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.Requirements for this position include:Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
