Facilities Maintenance Tech (Fuel Sites)

Facility Maintenance Technician We are hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain our Cardlock fueling stations in the Elma, Washington area. This is a hands-on, independent role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values safety and cleanliness. You'll be responsible for keeping our fueling locations clean, safe, and operating at a high standard for our customers. Key Responsibilities Perform routine facility maintenance and cleaning Complete janitorial tasks (trash removal, sweeping, general cleaning) Operate equipment for pressure washing and site cleanup Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance Assist with painting and minor repairs Ensure all sites meet safety and compliance standards Follow all federal, state, and local regulations Complete additional maintenance projects as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain State A/B Operator Certification within 30 days Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day Preferred Experience Facility maintenance, janitorial, or landscaping experience Experience working with pressure washers or basic maintenance tools Strong attention to detail and safety Stable, full-time position with consistent hours + overtime opportunity.
