Job Description Join our new, state-of-the-art psychiatric facility that specializes in the treatment of mental health and behavioral disorders, including substance abuse and addictions. We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in utilizing restraints. Responsibilities Provide care to adult through geriatric patients, as well as adolescents. Ensure the safety of patients and staff by utilizing restraint techniques when necessary. Document patient progress and incidents in Epic with paper charting for restraints. Participate in de-escalation training and orientation provided by the facility. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Pennsylvania nursing license at the time of submission.
