Electrical Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking Electrical Foreman for a project in Litchfield Park, AZ who will personally perform or direct activities of electrical workers performing wiring, terminations, input-output connections, and troubleshooting on systems integration projects as well as electrical panels in the shop and the field.Key Responsibilities- Studies drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical work based on starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each project phase.- Purchases wiring, parts, and materials to be delivered to meet project needs on a timely basis.- Schedules and directs personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing electrical work, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.- Schedules electricians and other resources to help in other areas of the company, including the panel shop and building maintenance when needed.- Trains electricians and helpers to ensure adherence to project requirements and schedules.- Confers with personnel to resolve issues with customers and employees.- Troubleshoots electrical panels without schematics and drawings.- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to quality specifications and adherence to schedules and housekeeping standards.- Updates drawings, schematics, and other required documentation as needed.- Develops and utilizes tools to track workforce, including checklists, punch lists, site inspections, and housekeeping.Pay rate is $43/hour.
