Our team is responsible for advancing missile and launcher technologies. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Manager Senior you will be responsible for driving supplier performance and ensuring seamless integration of critical components. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage multiple major suppliers throughout all phases of performance. Support the development of missile and launcher technologies. Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and other functional areas to achieve superior outcomes. Monitor supplier risk, compliance, and delivery schedules. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
