We help founders, health systems, and investors spot risk early, build trust faster, and avoid the dragons that appear when innovation moves faster than reality.We are a clinician-led, boutique advisory firm.We are serious about the work, a little quirky in personality, and genuinely kind to the people we collaborate with.We are growing thoughtfully and are looking for an independent sales partner to grow with us.About the role:This is a freelance, independent, commission-only sales partnership.You will operate as your own business or consultancy, bringing your sales expertise, relationships, and approach.You will collaborate directly with the Unicorn Intelligence founders and represent a highly specialized advisory offering.There is no micromanagement here. Just trust, transparency, and shared outcomes.What you will be selling:Advisory and consulting services for funded health tech, mental health tech, and AI-enabled startupsStrategic risk, governance, and diligence services for VCs, PE firms, and investor groupsAdvisory support for health systems navigating AI and emerging technologiesRetainer-based relationships, not one-off transactionsThese are credibility-driven conversations.Trust, judgment, and clarity matter more than volume.What you will do:Identify and engage well-matched B2B prospects globallyLead discovery conversations that surface real needsGuide prospects from first conversation through signed engagementCollaborate with founders on scope, proposals, and next stepsCommunicate clearly between clients and the delivery teamBuild long-term relationships that lead to retained workHow compensation works:Commission-only compensationGenerous commission structureResidual income on retained clientsYou control your effort and your upside.Who you are:Have experience closing B2B deals in consulting, professional services, tech, or adjacent spacesCommunicate fluently and professionally in spoken and written EnglishEnjoy conversations with founders, executives, and investorsWork independently and follow through consistentlyAre comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zonesNice to have, not required:An existing network in startups, venture, or techExperience selling advisory or strategic servicesFamiliarity with healthcare, AI, or regulated industriesWhat this role is and is not:Independent, flexible, and fully remoteGlobal in scopeRelationship-driven and consultativeCollaborative with direct founder accessMeaningful work with real-world impactThis role is not:A salaried or employed positionTransactional or high-pressureJunior or entry-levelWhy you might enjoy this:You will be part of work that helps people build things that matter responsibly, thoughtfully, and with eyes wide open.
