Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join their office in Los Angeles. The team provides comprehensive legal counsel to public and private entities through every stage of the business cycle, advising clients on all aspects of business operations — from corporate governance and compliance to financing, growth opportunities, and strategic transactions. Whether representing start-ups, family-owned enterprises, or Fortune 500 corporations, the firm helps clients succeed in a value-based, highly regulated environment where governance, compliance, and ethical performance are as critical as financial results.Responsibilities:Lead and advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and securities.Serve as a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and management teams, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and business challenges.Develop and implement proactive compliance and ethics programs to mitigate risk and enhance organisational integrity.Oversee and coordinate with cross-practice teams in areas such as tax, ERISA, IP, real estate, and antitrust to deliver comprehensive transactional support.Cultivate and expand client relationships across diverse industries, contributing to the continued growth of the Los Angeles office and the firm’s national corporate practice.Qualifications:J.D. degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility for admission).Extensive experience in corporate law, ideally within a large or mid-size law firm environment.A portable book of business.Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: corporate governance, compliance and ethics, M&A, private equity, venture capital, project finance, or securities law.Demonstrated ability to lead client matters, manage teams, and deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions.Benefits:Competitive, performance-based compensation and partner-level benefits package.Opportunities to work with diverse clients across industries including technology, healthcare, finance, communications, and energy.Global reach through the firm’s international offices and alliances, supporting cross-border transactions and projects.Commitment to professional growth, mentorship, and innovation in a collegial and inclusive work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and business development track record to Louis Rosenthal () or you can hit apply now.
