Together we do what matters.What You’ll Do Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft eCDN, event analytics, and network readiness for Teams events, leading end-to-end customer engagements from initial awareness through optimization Support customer success by providing expertise across Microsoft Teams Silent Testing and eCDN Silent Testing, delivering validation insights and end-to-end technical guidance Identify, diagnose, and resolve client-side performance issues using endpoint remediation tools, including Intune Proactive Remediation capabilities Monitor, investigate, and perform root cause analysis of events and meetings using tools such as Microsoft CQD and Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Analyze event performance and attendee engagement using Microsoft Town Hall Insights and Presenter Analytics, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes Collect and analyze diagnostic data (e.g., HAR logs) and leverage browser developer tools to troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis Build and manage executive-level customer relationships through regular project reviews, strategic escalations, and delivery of project commitments Proactively identify and remove technical blockers to accelerate customer adoption and successful solution implementation Gather customer insights and translate technical requirements into architecture and digital transformation solutions aligned to business outcomes Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions and the competitive landscape to guide customer conversations and uncover growth opportunitiesQualificationsSkills and experiences 10+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or solution architecture Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years in a lead, customer-facing role with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships 4+ years leading technical projects involving collaboration and/or information and communication technologies (ICT) 4+ years of experience supporting event monitoring within Microsoft Secure Access Workstation (SAW) environments Eligibility to support Microsoft Federal and Government Cloud customersTechnical Expertise Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell Proven experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation, including ownership of GitHub-based repositories Deep expertise in Microsoft eCDN, including deployment, optimization, and enterprise-scale event delivery Solid understanding of cloud services, platforms, and enterprise architectures Knowledge of corporate networks, VPNs, and security principlesCore Capabilities Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional and distributed teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments Proven ability to meet timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPreferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot Familiarity with eCDN and content delivery competitors within enterprise environments Experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Working knowledge of audio/video production equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, mixers, etc.) Access to reliable high-speed internet for remote event delivery or ability to support on-site productionAbout YouCharacteristics that can spell success for this role: You love to work collaboratively with energy, drive and dedication to overcome obstacles to achieve your goals.
