Job SummaryAs a Country IT Manager based in Dallas, Texas, you will leverage your strong vendor management capabilities and comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure while collaborating with the Country Leadership Team. If you are passionate about optimizing IT operations and driving strategic initiatives within a global organization, you will effectively contribute to our dynamic team and make a real impact.General ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day IT operations across USA and Canada, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and alignment with company strategiesLead SAP S4HANA optimization and optimization, particularly in Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, to support business objectives and provide high-quality user supportManage local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems, ensuring compliance with global IT policies, security standards, and local regulationsCollaborate with the Regional IT Director and global Digital & IT teams to align country-specific initiatives with company strategies and ensure consistent communication with country stakeholders, including the local leadership teamsManage local IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services, while overseeing the deployment of new software, hardware, and technologiesDevelop and manage the local IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, and monitor IT support tickets for timely issue resolutionConduct regular IT audits, assessments, and asset management processes to identify areas for improvement and maintain IT standardsEngage consistently with the Country Leadership Team, key business users, and stakeholders on IT activities and requirements, ensuring alignment with global standardsPrepare and present regular IT performance reports to the Regional IT Director, staying updated on the latest Digital & IT trends and assessing their impact on the businessFunctional Skills And KnowledgeGood knowledge of SAP, especially MM and SD modules, with a proven record in optimizing business processesGood knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel macros) to optimize workflows and support business efficiencyGood understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud, networks, and securityExperienced in IT project management from planning through executionExperienced in ITIL or similar IT service management frameworksSkilled in managing IT budgets and resources effectivelyStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organizationFamiliar with IT regulatory and compliance requirementsExperienced in managing high-performing IT services and key stakeholdersProven experience in a global shared services IT environmentAt least 10 years of IT management experienceOur Offer Hybrid work modelSustainable new officeCompetitive compensation package including:401k, employer matchMedicalHealth Savings Account, employer matchDentalVisionLong Term DisabilityLife InsuranceAncillary BenefitsBonus Cellphone and Wi-Fi StipendsService AwardsVacation, Sick, PTO, HolidaysInternal Personal Development/TrainingWhy It’s Great to Work at DKSHAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
