This role involves direct patient visits, education, and advocacy.RN Visit Nurse - Focused on providing hands-on clinical care, the RN Visit Nurse completes scheduled visits to administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and provide education. This role ensures patients receive ongoing, high-quality nursing care in their homes.Qualifications Education:Graduate of State Board-approved program for Registered NursesExperience:One year of nursing experience caring for a similar patient population to be assigned or apply for our RN New Grad Residency for Home Care.Licensure/Certification:Valid license as RN in state(s) where providing care.Valid licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state(s) and/or organizational requirements.ANCC certification in area applicable to home care patient population COS-CMandatory Reporter: Child & Dependent Adult Abuse.CPR: Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with Re-certification."Ready to contribute-let's get started."
