Full-time inpatient psychiatristConsultation/liaison for adult and adolescent ER and inpatients.Manage patients in Behavioral Intervention Support Program (BISP) in the ER.24-hour coverage, 7x7 schedule or possible 14x14 scheduleMultidisciplinary team: nurses, social workers (24 hr coverage in the ER), therapists.Teaching: psychiatry residents and medical students; participate in program administration, lectures, and faculty meetings.Lead quality improvement for psych services.$300K+ salary, W-2, health/dental/vision/retirement.$60K sign-on bonus, $20K relocation, PSLF-qualified, student loan principal repayment support.Board certified/eligible psychiatry, California license required.Vibrant college town of 100,000 about 1.5 hrs north of Sacramento voted Americas Place to Live by Forbes magazine.
