Follows department policy and procedures manual.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembling all types of pump equipment to customers, OEM and industry standard specificationsDisassembling equipment to gain access remove, clean and inspect componentsInspecting & recording component measurements using instruments, tools and gages and providing inspection reportInvestigating and determining root cause failureDetermining proper materials for repairs as per BOMContouring impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirementsSetting and operating dynamic balancing equipmentPerforming final testing and inspectionsQualifications / RequirementsAnalytical and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailExtensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipmentMinimum five (5) years of pump repair experienceAbility to work with limited supervisionAbility to travel to and work at customer sitesAbility to work overtimeWhat we offer you15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays401k plan with a 6% matchComprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disabilityMotivating wellness programEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid paternal leaveGym re-imbursementSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
