Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lexington, KY, for a Direct Support Professional. The role involves providing compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Daily tasks include assisting with personal care, promoting skill development, supporting community engagement, and providing behavioral support while ensuring the health, safety, and dignity of each individual. Qualifications Experience in Human Services and working with individuals with Intellectual DisabilitiesStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build positive relationshipsExperience in Training or a willingness to learn and apply person-centered approachesEmpathy, patience, and the ability to support individuals with diverse needsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or training in relevant fields preferredReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass background checks and meet all regulatory requirements
