Sales Manager – Central Region (TX, AZ, NM, CO & UT)Overview We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the Central U.S. region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving new business, and working with innovative technical products. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence while delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.This position offers strong earning potential with uncapped commission, a company car, and approximately 30% travel across a dynamic multi-state territory.What You’ll DoDrive Sales Growth & Build RelationshipsRepresent the company to customers and distribution partners across TX, AZ, NM, CO, and UTDevelop and expand relationships with key accounts and distributorsSecure new purchasing contracts and grow existing business partnershipsIdentify and develop OEM opportunities to drive long-term growthPromote Innovative SolutionsIntroduce new products through engaging demonstrations, technical seminars, and customer presentationsParticipate in trade shows and industry events, both in-person and virtuallyDeliver value-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and successOwn Your TerritoryDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plansManage sales pipeline, prospect for new opportunities, and follow up on leadsAchieve and exceed sales targets for revenue, product mix, and new product adoptionSupport & CollaborationProvide support for product installations, customer training, and light service needsMaintain accurate records, reports, and account activityExecute sales strategies and initiatives in alignment with leadershipWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required.3+ years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory instrumentation or capital equipment sales.Skills & StrengthsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical audiencesProven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makingOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a multi-state territoryProficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication toolsAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to travel overnight (~30%)
