This role requires someone who can balance field operations, financial oversight, people leadership, and data-driven decision making while helping scale the company to its next phase of growth.RESPONSIBILITIESLead all daily operations across roofing and gutter divisions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and on scheduleOwn operational performance and company execution across production, sales support, scheduling, service, and customer experienceTrack and analyze P&L performance at both the company and individual job levelMonitor job costing, labor efficiency, margins, change orders, collections, and operational KPIsDevelop reporting dashboards and use data analysis to drive operational improvements and profitabilityEstablish accountability across teams and ensure consistent operational processes and standardsPartner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, scaling efforts, forecasting, and operational planningIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable systems, workflows, and process improvementsLead and develop managers, field leadership, and operational staffEnsure projects maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfactionDrive urgency, communication, and execution in a high-volume, fast-moving environmentSupport recruiting, staffing, and organizational development as the company continues to growQUALIFICATIONS7+ years of operational leadership experience within roofing, construction, restoration, home services, or related industriesProven experience leading day-to-day operations for a $10M+ business or divisionStrong financial acumen with experience managing job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountabilityAbility to analyze operational and financial data to make informed business decisionsExperience scaling operations, improving processes, and building accountability across teamsStrong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environmentComfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and operational challenges simultaneouslyHigh sense of urgency, ownership, and accountabilityProficient with Excel, operational reporting systems, CRMs, and business analytics toolsRoofing or exterior construction experience strongly preferredIDEAL PROFILEProactive and solutions-oriented leaderStrong operator who can balance field execution with business analyticsThrives under pressure and in high-growth environmentsData-driven decision maker with strong business instinctsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplinedStrong communicator capable of leading teams and driving accountability across the organization
