This role combines technical roofing expertise with crew leadership. The Service Foreman is responsible for diagnosing complex roofing issues, directing technicians in the field, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring service work is completed efficiently and professionally.The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, field leader, and mentor who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship while supporting the growth and development of service technicians.What’s in it for you?Health InsuranceOpportunities for professional growth and advancementYour RoleLead and supervise service technicians on commercial roofing service calls and repair projectsDiagnose complex roof leaks and determine proper repair strategiesDirect field crews to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsPerform roof inspections and identify additional repair opportunitiesAssist in developing repair scopes and supporting service proposalsEnsure service calls are documented with photos, notes, and repair summariesMaintain jobsite safety compliance including fall protection, PPE, and hazard identificationCommunicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and next stepsTrain and mentor technicians on repair techniques, troubleshooting, and safety practicesCoordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for service workSupport the Service Manager in achieving service revenue and productivity goalsWhat You Bring4+ years of commercial roofing experience2+ years leading crews or acting as a lead technician/foremanStrong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and Modified BitumenAdvanced troubleshooting and leak detection skillsExperience directing crews and managing field work executionStrong commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA complianceAbility to document work using photos, reports, or digital toolsStrong communication skills with both crews and customersValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sitesAbility to work at heights and in varying weather conditionsThank you for considering a career with Roof Technology Partners.
