About the job Quality Inspector We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in our high-output facility. In this role, you will ensure that every item leaving our production floor meets the highest industry standards. Responsibilities IncludePerforming detailed visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to ensure parts are within tolerance. Documenting all inspection results and maintaining meticulous quality control logs. Identifying, tagging, and sequestering non-conforming materials to prevent them from reaching the customer. Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot recurring defects and improve overall output. Conducting periodic audits of equipment calibration to ensure testing accuracy. Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a quality control or inspection role within a technical environment. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and GD&T symbols. High level of analytical thinking and a "zero-defect" mindset. Excellent written communication skills for generating detailed compliance reports. High school diploma required; a technical degree or quality certification is highly preferred.
