The successful candidate will be tasked with driving performance excellence, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the consistent execution of business strategies, developing and implementing operational plans aligned with company objectives, and leading performance reviews to drive operational excellence through process improvements and KPI management. The role also involves strategic planning, budget management, and team development to ensure alignment between operations, sales, and customer service teams.Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations management is required, along with a strong background in financial and analytical acumen, particularly in budgeting and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading diverse teams, driving operational transformation, and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or PMP are preferred but not required.
