Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Front-end Focused)Location: Columbus, Ohio - Hybrid 4 days onsite per week (Mon-Thurs) Pay Rate: $45 - 60/hr (potential flexibility based on experience)Must Haves:5+ years of experience in full stack development (frontend-focused - 80% of role)Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred but not required)Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience working with APIs and backend services (preferably .NET Web API)Familiarity with Git-based version controlExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Jira)Testing: understands writing test cases and is interested in being involved in thatStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - eager to learn and grow within teamPlusses:Vue.jsExperience with end-to-end/UI testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)Experience contributing to both frontend and backend architecture decisionsStrong understanding of web performance and optimization Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on front-end development to join our growing team. This role will focus on building modern, responsive user interfaces while collaborating across the full stack to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop user-facing features using Vue.js (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)Build and integrate with RESTful APIs using .NET Web APICollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentWrite and maintain automated tests using PlaywrightContribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and usability improvementsParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure code quality through testing, version control, and best practices
