We hold each other accountable and always have each other’s back!Are you ready to make your mark?About The RoleThe Procurement Team leads all procurement activities for the company’s global operations, overseeing over $150M in annual direct and indirect spend.We are looking for an energetic, collaborative teammate to maximize efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction in procurement functions including supplier selection and management, contract negotiations, purchase order management, and spend reporting. You will interact with team members from Finance, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Facilities to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of essential goods and services. You will lead and participate in high level strategic initiatives and support daily business execution, often interacting with senior level management. In short, you’ll support the continued success of Intermedia by supplying first-class procurement services to its internal and external partners.What You Will Be DoingNegotiate supplier terms such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.Partner with Legal to ensure terms are consistent with contractual requirements and incorporate those terms into contracts, such as MSAs and SOWs, negotiated with suppliersWork closely with senior stakeholders to understand and document details of business and procurement requirements, and use those to identify and select suppliers for everything from security software to engineering servicesInteract with supplier senior level management to secure best possible termsLiaise with suppliers and internal business partners regarding updates of goods and services and the contracts that govern themLead RFI and RFP initiativesAid and document cost savings efforts and proactively identify new opportunitiesSupport dashboards of supplier metrics, spend, contracts, etc. and organizational initiatives in generalSupport the vendor qualification and onboarding processesAid and document cost savings efforts and proactively identify new opportunitiesCreate purchase requisitions and orders, and reconcile these with supply requests, including administering Coupa and assisting Intermedia employees with Coupa processingReconcile invoices to contractual terms to resolve inconsistenciesWhat You Will Bring To The RoleBachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 -5+ years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain managementDirect experience negotiating and executing contracts in partnership with legal departmentSoftware-as-as-Service (SaaS), Telecom and/or Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) industry experience a plusSelf-starting, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude with a program management perspectiveExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groupsStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and contractual skillsSolid interpersonal and rapport building abilitiesStrong time management and planning skills required to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirementsTechnically savvy, including a demonstrated high level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite of productivity applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio with familiarity with enterprise financial systemsFamiliarity with Coupa, NetSuite, and/or Concur a plusDiversity, Inclusion, and Equal OpportunityWe hire, promote, and compensate employees based on their ability to perform their job responsibilities, without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, marital status, national origin, ancestry, age, citizenship, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by applicable law (collectively referred to in our Code of Conduct as “Protected Classes”).
