The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners. This senior-level position demands a seasoned professional with a strong network of decision-makers, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Applicants for the Vice President, Carrier Practice Sales role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of related experience, with a preference for those holding professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in selling insurance services or solutions within the specialty P&C market, a strong understanding of carrier, MGA, and program administrator operations, and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders. The role requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and who is adept at strategic collaboration, market expansion, and client relationship management.
