Administrative Support Services Representative to join our dynamic team and work alongside Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants to provide Front Desk and Administrative Support services.Job Duties, Required Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, SkillsExperience with practice management software systems to complete client registration, check in, check out, and schedule clients. Experience with Epic software preferred.Experience and skill working with diverse populations, such as individuals of different ages, races, ethnic groups or who speak limited English.Complete client registrations, insurance and billing documentation and conduct follow-up with patients as needed.Conduct appointment reminders, outreach calls and referral into care services. Utilize a variety of software programs, including Epic (Wisdom), Provider One, and Microsoft Office.Use interpretation services when needed for client communications. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Public Health guidelines.Demonstrate reliable attendance.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Perform other duties as assigned.Work Schedule8am - 5pm. Work Location: Seattle (Lake City)Duration: 3 to 6 monthsDays: Mon, Tuesday and Fridays3 days a week Hours: 8 AM to 5 PMPay rate: $26.09
