You'll be:Operating manufacturing equipment, including extrusion (preferred, but not required), mixing, blending, granulation, or packaging machinesFollowing batch processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product qualityTroubleshooting equipment and process issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flowPerforming basic quality checks, interpreting results, and accurately completing production paperwork and data entryVerifying raw materials, labels, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceCommunicating with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goalsAdhering to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and plant procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience (chemical or processing preferred)Possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skillsDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before they impact productionAre comfortable handling materials, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working on your feet for 12-hour shiftsAre willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and have flexibility for overtimeHave basic verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a team(Preferred) Have experience with extrusion or process manufacturing, quality documentation, or a chemical/plastics background(Nice to have) Forklift experience and batch processing exposure What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
