Apply Now or give IQ Resource Group a call 262-248-0507 for more information!Location: Darien, WIWage: $17.55-18.20/hrHours:1st 5a-3:30p M-Th2nd 3:30p-2a M-Th (Overtime Friday and Saturday 5am-1:30p)Responsibilities:Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold productReport to supervisor any loose molds / headsReport to Supervisor any gear box / chain/ clutch/ brake noises or problemsReport to supervisor any Arm Rotation problemsFollow all manufacturing safety regulationsDemold and Charge mold(s) within set machine time parametersEnsure product quality during demolding processChange vent material each cycleClean parting lines and mold each cycleCharge mold according to procedureMold maintenance and Mold InspectionClean/ Inspect parting lines each cycleOpen and close mold in a manner consistent with maintaining mold qualityInspect mold for cracks or damage each cycle -missing or broken bolts/receivers -missing or broken mold mount bolts and /or springs -dented or warped areas in moldIf interested Apply Now or give IQ Resource Group a call 262-248-0507 for more information!
