As our U.S. presence continues to expand, we’re looking for experienced Independent Sales Representatives to help grow the brand across the Mid West.This role provides an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen meaningful retail partnerships across the territory. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in action sports, surf, contemporary, lifestyle, and/or swim industries who is passionate about driving growth and representing a globally respected brand.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand sales within existing retail accounts across all product categories, including men’s, women’s, and swim Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout the territory Collaborate on retail marketing initiatives and brand activations Support regional tradeshows including setup and presentation Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners Qualifications3+ years of experience in action sports, contemporary, lifestyle and/or swim sales Strong merchandising, sales, and account management skills Product and fashion-focused mindset with strong market awareness Excellent communication and organizational abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory growth Proficiency in Excel CompensationThis is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering a competitive commission-based compensation structure with strong earning potential based on performance.
