Provide technical sales support for BDMs and Account Managers Enforce and execute all change controls Execute service requests assigned via service desk Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC Perform problem management procedures Maintain standard solutions Ensure all engineers can implement standard solutionsRequirements: Must have at least 5 years experience as a Lead Engineer.
