Customer Service Representative

Must Haves: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Minimum 5 years of customer/client service experience, in a call center environmentCredit Card Support Experience Day to Day:Insight Global is hiring Senior Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: -Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy-Recommend solutions and document interactions-Escalate complex issues appropriately-Stay updated on policies and procedures-Ensure compliance with regulations-Maintain excellent attendance and shift adherence-Communicate clearly and empathetically-Embrace feedback and multitask effectively
